The redesign and implementation of a mainframe based personnel system onto a networked workstation environment. The new application replaced and enhanced the functionality of the original system to provide authorised users with easier access to information and more flexible reporting facilities.

The project included data take on from the mainframe system along with interfaces to divisional printing and plotting resources to provide specialised report production and graphical representation of personnel data.
