Working within an international vendor of high volume electronic subsystems,
this sales productivity tool enabled sales staff to prepare sophisticated volume product
forecasts based on actual booking coverage, perceived client 'run rates', individual sales
situations and the overall market condition. This tool was used for 'front end'
preparation of forecast data prior to processing on an existing system and significantly
reduced the administrative overhead on the salesforce - increasing time available for
direct sales activities. |
