Enquiry Management

Design, build and implementation of a number of enquiry management systems, predominantly for use at trade exhibitions. This has also included specialised data loading activities to enable existing in-house contact information to be easily re-used. The net result for the users of such facilities included :

• Easier fulfilment and follow up of 'walk on enquiries'
• Improved measurement of cost effectiveness of individual exhibitions
• Lower cost management of new and existing contact lists
• Improved allocation and targeting of sales staff to respond to enquiries
